Let’s Get Those Questions Answered
Because at a certain point, continuing to be the manager of your own business stops working.
You’re the visionary, the expert, the one clients came for—but the day-to-day operations, the follow-ups, the systems, the team coordination, and the constant fire-fighting eat up the energy you need to grow.
A fractional OBM steps in as your strategic second-in-command so you can stop carrying the operational load alone. You get structure, clarity, and consistent execution without everything still living in your head.
It’s not about “needing more help.” It’s about finally getting to lead the business instead of managing it.
Virtual Assistant (VA): A “doer” who executes specific, day-to-day tasks you assign to them.
Project Manager: Focuses on a single deliverable, keeping a specific scope, timeline, and budget on track to get one project across the finish line.
Online Business Manager (OBM): The “leader” and “second brain” running the daily flow. An OBM oversees overall operations, manages the team, refines systems, and aligns daily work with your big-picture strategy so it doesn’t all route back to you.
Mid-stage coaches, course creators, and marketing, web, or copywriting agencies with proven offers who are feeling the heavy operational drag of growth.
Yes! The OS Audit, 90-Day Playbook, or custom projects are perfect for solopreneurs who need to resolve a specific bottleneck, want a clear 90-day execution roadmap, or need guidance bringing on their very first hire.
Ongoing Retainer Services, however, are specifically designed for businesses that already have a team in place.
You’ll complete a brief intake form and 60 minutes with me. We identify the most pressing operational friction and map out clear next steps. You’ll get a recording of the call. If something needs more research, I’ll follow up by email.
The 90-Day Playbook: A concise, highly strategic roadmap featuring 3–5 core goals aligned with your vision. Broken down month-by-month and paired with team assignments and measurable metrics, it gives you the how, what, when, and who. We also audit your current tech to ensure you have the right setup to hit those goals. This is designed for you (or your team) to execute—or for me to implement if we move into ongoing support.
Ongoing Retainer Services: I step directly into your business to take full ownership of daily management, team oversight, and execution. I take that 90-Day Playbook and immediately get into the operational weeds so you are completely removed from the manager role.
Simple. You book your time and fill out a quick intake form. You’ll get a confirmation along with automated reminders (one day before and 15 minutes before we meet). On the call, I’ll ask specific questions to understand your current bottlenecks, see if I’m the right person to solve them, and together we’ll decide on the best path forward.
Along with your customized 90-Day Playbook, I bring my own internal 90-Day OBM Onboarding Framework (and I’ll share a copy with you!). It gives you complete visibility into exactly how, when, and what I’m learning behind the scenes so I can get up to speed in your business as fast as possible.
In the first 90 days, there is a real transition period where I need direct access to your thinking, vision, and context so I’m not working blind. But this isn’t just passive observation. We actively implement quick wins and address immediate priorities from your 90-Day Playbook while simultaneously building your long-term operational foundation.
As I get up to speed, the day-to-day load steadily shifts off your plate. How much time it takes on your end depends on your availability and how much is already documented, but the goal is always to systematically reduce what lands back on your desk.
OS Audit: $197
90-Day Playbook: $997
Ongoing Retainer Support: Starts at $3,000/month (or $75/hour for specialized scope)
Yes, Ongoing Retainer Support requires a 3-month commitment. However, there is a 30-day clause in our initial contract so you have complete peace of mind if it turns out retainer support isn’t the right fit. Additionally, all retainer clients start with a 90-Day Playbook—it acts as our official “dating” project to ensure we work seamlessly together before diving into long-term retainer operations.
Ongoing services are billed monthly on a 3-month contract. For the OS Audit and 90-Day Playbook, I don’t offer traditional payment plans, but Klarna is available right at checkout.
Not at all for project work. For ongoing retainer support, there’s typically more than enough daytime overlap to keep things running seamlessly. For the right client, I’m also open to adjusting my schedule to make sure communication flows smoothly.
I am strictly tool-neutral because I believe a solid system is far more important than software. The right tool is simply whichever one fits your business best. I am familiar across communication, project management, CRM, funnel, course, and workspace tools—including Slack, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Dubsado, Kit, Beehiiv, Zoom, Loom, Canva, Calendly, Google Workspace, WordPress, Zapier, Dropbox, QuickBooks, and Notion.
(Note: My specialty is high-level operational strategy and systems architecture, while VAs on your team build and maintain the daily micro-assets inside these tools.)
That’s completely fine. Most founders aren’t 100% sure when they first reach out. We’ll talk through where things currently stand, spot the friction points, and figure out the next step that actually makes sense for where you are right now.
The OS Audit or 90-Day Playbook are ideal starting points. They allow us to tackle your immediate operational friction and build momentum without jumpstarting a long-term commitment right away. Custom standalone projects are also available if you have a single specific system to fix.
